Geology & Geomodeling Work for FDP
Conducted a detail geological and geomodeling study for Seligi minor reservoirs project for FDP MR1 that covers:
 Field background/overview by understanding the exploration and development history together with the
production performance
 Identify all data available for subsurface study and perform data quality check to identify the risk and
uncertainties associate with the data.
 Provide mitigation plan in to reduce uncertainties in the absent of data
 Propose project planning that cover:
• Establish scope of work for geology discipline
• Preliminary subsurface study result of the existing data
• Infill drilling/recompletion location for minor reservoirs Assess the need of Appraisal well in the
field
 Prepare project schedule for MR2 for Geology and Geomodeling

Geology & Geomodeling Work for FDP
Conducted a detail geological and geomodeling for Wangsa FDP MR2 work by integrating geophysical and
petrophysical input in building the static model that will be used as an input in dynamic model by:
 Constructed well correlation that consistent with sequence stratigraphic principle and establish depofacies
interpretation by integrating OBMI interpretation, biostratigraphic data, MSCT description and log motif
interpretation.
 Established depositional of environment that consistent with the regional geology understanding,
depofacies interpretation and modern analogue.
 Identified and determine the depofacies dimension and geometry using all available data such as seismic
attribute, regional geology data and statistic from literature.
 Integrated all the geophysical data or interpretation such as fault and horizon interpretation, coherency
volume and seismic attribute in building the structure model.
 Constructed facies modelling using object based method by integrating the entire geological element for
the field.
 Constructed properties modelling such as V shale, porosity, permeability and water saturation modelling by
utilize all of the petrophysical analysis and interpretation.
 Ran the static model assessment deterministic and probabilistically in order to capture all of the
uncertainties that may associated to the static model
Person in charge and coordinator for Pertang Kenarong FDP MR2 work. Keys responsibilities of the work are:
 Agreed on the work scope that consistent with the SOW and the MR2 timeline
 Reviewed the work progress and update to Murphy project management team.
 Determined all the technical work and the expected deliverables completed on time.
 Undertook QC work on geology discipline such as the stratigraphic correlation, structural mapping, fluids
contact definition, facies modelling, properties modelling and resource assessment (deterministic and
probabilistic) are technically sound.

2.  Initiated a pre MR2 technical engagement for geology and geomodeling with PMU-TRC
 Presented the MR2 review for the geology and geomodeling discipline to PCSB and PMU.
Focus person for geology and geomodeling work for East Patricia, Tiram andSapih.
 Determined all the technical work and the expected deliverables completed on time.
 Undertook QC work on geology discipline such as the stratigraphic correlation, structural mapping, fluids
contact definition, facies modeling, properties modelling and resource assessment (deterministic and
probabilistic) are technically sound

Drilling Operation
Involved in drilling about 15 exploration or appraisals well in oil and gas field and 5 developments well in Serendah
field. Keys responsibility for the pre and post drilling operation are:
 Performed prospect evaluation and well planning in Permas, Serendah, Wangsa and South Acis field for
appraisal well drilling campaign that consists of determine and preparing the target identification, well
objective, logging program, well proposal reviews with management, partners and authorities and well
proposal write-up.
 Involve in drilling operation and provide geological work and input such as well correlation, picking coring
point, provide the prognoses depth, and preparing preliminary well result in various oil and gas drilling
campaign in Sarawak field such as in Permas, Serendah, Wangsa and South Acis.
 Conducted detailed post drill evaluation in term of mapping, correlation, sand development and fluids
distribution in individual reservoirs system by utilizing and integrating geophysical, geology and
petrophysical data in order to establish the hydrocarbon in-place.
 Present the well result to management, PCSB and the PMU-TRC.
ADP Preparation
Perform the geological work for Wangsa such as:
 Establish well correlation and build 3D structural model by integrating new geophysics interpretation
 Performed deterministic assessment by integrating the new structural model and the new petrophysical
interpretation.
 Prepared the Wangsa field ADP documentation and write-up
 Provided the final structure model and resource assessment to auditor forvalidation.
Key person to in-charge, steer and monitor the geophysics, geology and documentation work done by consultant
for South Acis, East Patricia, Tiram, Sapih and Kerambit field. Keys responsibilities are:
 Agreed on the work scope and the timeline for each field and consistent with the SOW.
 Reviewed work progress and update to Murphy project management team.
 Determined all the technical work and the expected deliverables completed on time.
 Undertook QC work on the stratigraphic correlation, structural mapping and resource assessment for all
five fields and make sure the quality of the deliverables are technicallysound.
ARPR Reporting
 Focal point for the SK Appraisal team. Prepared ARPR package for Wangsa and South Acis and compile
the ARPR package for Tiram and Patricia.
 Focal point for SK Appraisal team. Prepared ARPR package for Permas and Wangsa and compile the
ARPR package for submission.
 Prepared ARPR table for Sompotan and Patricia field.
