agree with the question Strategic human resource
planning in ANCB. Which is higher margins it clearly
shows that HR Planning is crucial for recruitment.
ā¢ 35% of the respondents are disagree while only 14%
are agree with the question of Reference Check before
selection. As reference check plays vital role the
selection of candidate and better understanding.

planning and majority of its practices has certain
defects which are clearly elaborate in the research
report and along with the findings certain useful
