Structured Finance Lawyer

1. One of the top ranked structured finance groups in Dublin seeks to appoint an additional
associate to its specialist team. Working closely with the tax, capital markets and banking
groups, the appointee will advise major financial instructions on securitisations, fund-
linked structured products, repackagings, securities lending and repos.
Working in a collegiate, stable and down to earth team, the appointee will have a high
career ambition level with partnership as their end goal.
Suitable candidates will have gained 2-4 years’ PQE in structured finance with a large
commercial firm in either Dublin or London. Solicitors currently working in a tier one
banking or tax group who wish to move into structured finance will also be considered for
this opportunity, as will candidates coming from an in-house structured finance
background.
This outstanding opportunity will be remunerated appropriately and in line with the
importance of the role.
