HDPOS smart will auto generate Tax account for Sales (Tax Name – Sales A/C) and
Purchases (Tax Name- Purchase A/C) for each tax rate that you added in the system
and these accounts will record tax transactions in the system whenever a sale or
purchase is made.

8. Generating Reports
Input (purchase) Tax and Output Tax (Sales)
HDPOS smart records the Input and Output Tax transactions in the system, when you file your
VAT returns to the authorities.
In HDPOS smart, all this transactions are recorded automatically whenever sale or purchase
entry is created in the system and provides you tax details via reports.
Purchase (Input Tax)
On your Purchases, you need to record an Input Tax (Purchase Tax). Input tax will be
automatically recorded whenever you create a purchase entry in the system.
Sales (Output Tax)
On your Sales, you need to record an Output Tax (Sales Invoice Tax). Output tax will be
