Our three types of carbide cutting wheels have been developed through over 10years of experience, and
those retain excellent life and durability.
Through continuous development, brp carbide cutting wheels, in terms of cutting performance and
quality, are ideal for cutting all types of glass.
We make the glass cutting wheels of different diameters, bores, cutting angles, and thickness with
automated equipments recently.Therefore we are possible to supply an suitable cutting wheel for
each cutting head and machine type.
All cuts(straight, shape, open cut, and cuttings of thin or thick glass) needs special cutting angles and
special rough grinding depths of its own.
The surface roughness of grinding is an essential criterion for perfect cut. Especially in round and shaped
cutting, it is important that the diameter of wheel, surface roughness of grinding, and cutting angle
are optimally matched to the glass thickness and hardness of the glass to be cut.
Our wheels are available to standard grinding, also with various special cuts(grind finishes).
