COMMENTS Guillermo exceeded expectations of an intern and continually developed himself to
meet the demands of his projects. He took criticism well and always strived to improve.
He tackled multiple equipment issues and laid the foundation for future projects.

COMMENTS Guillermo has room to grow in his technical abilities but demonstrated that he has the
ability to learn, teach himself, and look for answers to challenging problems. As a
robotics engineer, he will need to develop his skills in electrical, controls, and
mechanical. He asks the right questions and continues to improve everyday.

COMMENTS Guillermo has worked with other members of the sustaining team as well as
crossfunctional teams. They’ve all given positive feedback on his performance and
involvement.

COMMENTS On his initial review, this was his weakest trait. He has since improved on his ability to
communicate. He’s fixed his mistakes on engineering cad and made easy-to-follow
documentation on all his projecst for future interns to take over.

COMMENTS Although he didn’t get to finish all the projects handed to him, he laid a great
foundation for them to be taken over, with proper documentation and notes of what
needs to be done to close it out.

COMMENTS This is Guillermo’s biggest strength. He is often times challenged with issues he knows

1) He needs to take a technical writing class to improve his ability to write procedures and reports for multiple
audiences
2) Robot and PLC coding – this is not a requirement for interns but he has shown ability to learn. As a future
robotics engineer, he will need further understanding of the tools we use at Tesla to make a bigger impact.
3) Leadership – as an intern, he is very rarely put into leadership positions, but as engineer he will need to
take more initiatives and lead projects.
