develop and mobilize international public expertise in the field of historical and cultural heritage.
The scope of the partnership between MCC and EF concerns in particular the mobilization of technical expertise (consultancy, technical assis-

GIFT-MENA (Governance Institutes Forum for Training in the Middle East and North Africa) is a network of public service training
schools and institutes in the Middle East and North Africa region. Launched in Beirut in March 2006, it is a platform for dialogue and institu-
