Tourism contributes to 12% of global GDP can not be ignored in new solutions to the problems of socio-economic development of south countries. However, this potential has often been under-exploited or poorly exploited in its ability to be a real tool for sustainable development in these territories. In addition, he has collaborated with organizations and networks of organizations such as CONCORD Europe, the European NGO Confederation for Relief and Development at the European Union, and the Network of National Platforms of NGOs in Africa West and Central Africa. After creating an engineering company on tourism and sustainable development, she chose to join SPE Tourism, to put into practice its strategy of collaboration networks. His expertise focuses on governance arrangements in multi (North-South). In France, she applies to the tourism sectors and stakeholders involved in the development of territories (Master Plans, Agenda 21 ...). Internationally, Jeanne co-designed and coordinated locally in Madagascar, a program of Decentralized Cooperation to support sustainable tourism in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Ile-De-France region, the city of Antananarivo and a dozen local and international actors.
