Greg Lammers is a seasoned executive with a dynamic history of successfully leading achievements,
significant growth, margin improvement and business optimization. It is his keen understanding of
corporate and community vision, strengths in building teams and instilling dedication to team success that
has made him so effective.
With many years of experience, Greg has enjoyed a diverse and successfulcareer with progressive growth
in responsibility and challenges in various leadership functions at Waste Management,the leading
environmental services company in North America. Greg has excelled in numerous executive roles
including Region Controller and Vice President, District Manager,Director of Business Improvement,
Director of Pricing, Business Development, and most recently as Senior Area Public Affairs and
Compliance Manager.
Greg has continuously proven his ability to identify opportunities to improve performance, take on
challenges, lead changes, implement new systems and processes,and achieve proven results throughout
rapid industry change and business growth. Specific accomplishments include contributions to significant
pricing strategic development, policies, and focused implementation resulting in over $1B revenue
improvement. Greg has led severalIT system conversions, start-ups, reorganizations, acquisitions,
integrations, call center consolidations, and organizational restructuring. Greg has also led business
optimization efforts,new product deployment, and creating strategic business models. Most recently,
Greg has led contract compliance, reporting, and public affairs for 72 municipal contracts with annual
revenue exceeding $500m. His contributions in various fields of environmental services utilizing his
entrepreneurial, analytical, and team-focused skills have provided significant results.
Greg holds a BS degree in Finance from Santa Clara University. Greg has served as Chairman of the
Board for the Greater San Fernando Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Boards with various
other COC’s. Currently, Greg is Vice-Chairman of the Roseville Public Utilities Commission. Greg has
received significant personal awards and commendations from Congress, Senate, Assembly, Legislature,
County and Cities for his dedication and efforts in environmental services and support of the community.
