Tea Bag Production
• The coir is held in place by BioWeb made from (PLA). It is a
renewable and sustainable biopolymer made from plant sugars
and is biodegradable and compostable and is used for teabags. Its
able to decompose in the presence of micro organisms by 90% in
6 months.
• Coir is quick and easy to rehydrate aided by a percentage of water
getting “stuck” to the coir.

Tray Production
•100% RPET – the tray is made from recycled fizzy drink bottles
• tray can go directly into customers recycling bins
• no landfill

•over 25% reduction in pack size from polystyrene to plastic.
•over 50% reduction in volume of packaging.
•customer can recycle empty tray into their recycle bin.
•teabag and plant is green waste suitable for brown bin, composting
etc.

•grown in peat free sustainable coir.
