Performance Monitoring Checklist
• A performance monitoring checklist (PMC) is used to insure that the
assessor is implementing a specific procedure with accuracy
• PMCs are used to collect data on the assessor’s performance through
direct observation
• PMCs are mostly used by supervisors when visiting RBTs in the field.
This is important to ensure that RBTs continue implementing the
programs correctly

• To score the PMC, you first need to
check whether all the steps were
implemented correctly on each trial.
• If all the steps were implemented
correctly mark a “1” for that trial on
the last row
• If one step or more were
implemented incorrectly, you will
mark a “0” for that trial
