Midstreams pipeline and its Ineos Hastings lateral pipeline
• Tasked to negotiate, acquire and maintain approximately 250 state, county, city, railroad, and
other jurisdictional permits necessary to legally construct the pipeline
• Licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission and a registered Texas Notary Public
• Researched title, easements, appraisal districts, and other legal documents to determine
property value and ownership in preparation for negotiation and acquisition with private
landowners
