To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Grant Erhart. Grant worked for
me directly at hibu for five months. I was Grant’s Associate manager for his
employment time and assisted in his training as he became very familiar with the
products and procedures of the department.
During his time at hibu, Grant completed a thorough training on the products offered at
hibu. He put the customer’s first listing to their requests and needs to be able to assist
properly, while following company policies.
Grant is a hard-working individual who completed tasks in a timely manner and quickly
became part of the team. He worked well with his team members as well as other
management throughout the company as he has utmost respect for his peers. He was
always willing to take on additional projects and report to management of his findings.
Grant was a great member of the team and very reliable as he was excellent at multi-
tasking and working on a set timeline.
When Grant left the company we were sad to see him go however he was moving on
with his education to better his career. Grant was a very respectable employee and
hard worker, based on my experience working with Grant I recommend him to you for
your open position.
