Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Roles
•Presides over the Inquiry and Disciplinary Committee, which convened in case of
delinquency or infractions involving one or more members of this Organization.
•Every member of the Executive Board, including the GDSC USeP Obrero Lead, should
attend the said committee.
•They shall seek advice from the Advisor and deliberate on the apt punishment for the
culpable member

Disciplinary Actions & Sanctions
Probation
• Membership can be subjected to probation after a thorough investigation on the
grounds of the following:
⚬ Committing minor violations
Termination
⚬ Violation of the Codes and Bylaws;
⚬ Gross disrespect towards a fellow member and grave misconduct;
⚬ Infringing the rights of other members;
⚬ Expulsion or unauthorized dropping from this University;

Disciplinary Actions & Sanctions
Impeachment
• Any member of the Executive Board can be subjected to impeachment a thorough
investigation on the grounds of the following:
⚬ Gross negligence or dereliction of one’s duty;
⚬ Malversation of the organization’s funds and resources;
⚬ Misuse and exploitation of one’s authority;
⚬ Unprofessional conduct;
⚬ Forging of signatures and falsification of documents.
⚬ Violation of the Codes

Shall be the Organization’s chief governing body that
spearheads the initiative, provision, implementation, direction,
coordination, and evaluation of every organizational matter.

Project Management Lead
•Direct, supervise, and train the Project Management Team.
•Works hand in hand with the COO and Technology Committee on the execution of
beneficiary and community projects.
•Cooperate with the Finance and Externals Committee in contacting possible community
partners and beneficiaries for the said projects.
•Ensures consistent communication with said partners and beneficiaries and
disseminates all relevant information to the executive board.

GDSC chapters, non-profit organizations, companies, and other partnerships.

•Supervise the Finance Team
•Handle the treasury, retain financial records, and audit GDSC finances
•Prepares financial statements every semester and on occasions when the Executive
Board seeks for one
•Allocate funds for projects and activities of the organization
•Receive budget proposals from the organization's event organizers or project organizers
analyze and allocate appropriate funding
