Thomas G. Giglione is the founder of GEA and was a start-up mentor for several incubator
and accelerator programs including Vietnam Climate Innovation Center (VCIC) and the most
recent was Techfest in Hanoi. He was an instructor as a science teacher of STEM (Science,
Technology, Engineering and Math). Also he was involved in MOET ( Ministry of Education
and Training) as a trainer.
Thomas G. Giglione was keynote speaker for the first STEAM (Science, Technology,
Engineering Art, and Math) conference in Hanoi. He was a recent keynote speaker at the
National Conference for Central Theoretical Council at Foreign Trade University.
He also consults for Vietnamese start-ups wanting to apply for the Canadian Startup Visa
program to introduce Vietnamese entrepreneurs and established companies to obtain Angel
investment whilst also qualifying for Canadian Permanent Residency.
Thomas incorporates leading educational technology into training programs and writes
articles and research papers on the subject including presenting various research papers on
the use of artificial intelligence at the VIETESOL Conference in Hanoi Surviving Industry 4.0:
The Requisite Tectonic Shift in Occupational English Language Training and Recent Growth and
Developments on Online Dispute Resolution.
Thomas is an accredited mediator under the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and the
Vice Director of VEMC Mediation services teaching conflict resolution and negotiation
skills and conducted workshops in resolving land disputes. He is also a member of the
Asia Pacific Legal Innovation and Technology Association based in Singapore.

Dillon started his first company at age 23 with US$8,000, and grew it to over 7-figures
within a few years. Having worked with many international markets, from USA to Europe,
and Asia, Dillon has good cross culture experience and awareness to relate and connect
with multi-cultures in business. Strong in strategy planning and business negotiations, he
has gotten his hands in many industries and products, often giving sound advice in
business. From trading of commodities to FMCG and service industries. His hobbies
include golf, wakeboarding, rugby and is an environmentalist at heart.

Tom is a startup owner with 2 businesses in Hanoi. A Study-in-Singapore education
consultancy to match students to Singapore schools and a kombucha beverage
business. Before starting his own business, Tom is a PMP-certified project manager
and ITIL-certified practitioner with over 30 years of experience working for major
companies such as Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), Caltex Asia Pacific, Hewlett
Packard, Mitsubishi Electric and Chanel and is the co-founder in an IT startup in
Singapore.
Before coming to Hanoi, Tom was the CIO for Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore
(Chanel) and Malaysia, India, and Singapore (Mitsubishi Electric).
