2. Microsoft Word
• I Have Learned:
• Able to use shortcuts in order to be
more efficient and to save valuable
time.
• Learning to write the different types
of letters from formal, informal, and
resumes will come in handy in the
future.
• Learning how to make my page look
professional by inserting images, clip
art, backgrounds, change font styles,
change the view to horizontal, etc.

3. Microsoft Excel
• I Have Learned:
• To use the function really helps out by
making the math involved more accurate and
efficient. The need of not having to add,
subtract, find the max or min by taking a look
at every entry saves a lot of time, and makes
your work more easy .
• Being able to crate graphs in different
Microsoft presentations by using excel.
• Learning to use the different types of graph
that include pie, linear, bar, and the effects
that you can add to these makes your work
look more professional.

4. Microsoft PowerPoint
• I Have Learned:
• Learning to make your slides look more
professional by changing the slides
background, animations, sounds images,
and clip art.
• Learning how use custom animations to
make your slides look fancy and
professional by making the texts and
images enter and leave the slide with some
effect.
• Be able to print with more than one slide
per page, can help by saving paper and
make it more legible.

5. Access
• I Have Learned:
• Be able to create query's and report
wizards can come in handy in the future
• Be able to send a letter to over hundreds
of people and only needing to write one
letter is amazing, because of the time
you save.
• Be able to classify thousands of people
by one certain detail, for example, city,
gender, age, color hair can come in
handy in the future, and can save a ton
of time.

6. Prezi
• I Have Learned:
• Being able to create a presentation
that is constantly on the move can
really come in handy by impressing
your instructor or students.
• Learning how to use different types
of text boxes such as squares,
circles, lines, can really make the
presentation look a lot better.
• Learning how to insert pictures is a
great habit that I learned when
using Prezi and creating a
presentation as It creates a visual.

7. Conclusion
• In conclusion BIM has been a great class to be
able to learn in as I learned so many things
that I would of never thought were possible
before taking this class, I also really enjoyed
being able to type a lot faster as it helps a ton
when I have to write papers as it saves time .
This class has helped me be more efficient in
school , because of this I would really
recommend this class to future students.
