PERSONAL PROFILE
Excellent customer service skills and communicator working well in a team
environment and at individual level with interpersonal and customer oriented
skills developed over many years working experience. Given the many and varied
challenging roles successfully undertaken these skills have been invaluable in
planning and organising my workload to meet customer’s and employer’s
expectations. In many cases my personal objective was to exceed expectations
e.g. when required to achieve a professional qualification I frequently bettered
the timescale expectation for achieving the qualification.

INTERESTS
In my personal life I balance professional demands with hobbies and interests
that vary considerably from my working environment i.e. I am currently restoring
a 1950’s classic motorcycle. I have something of a reputation as someone who is
thorough in undertaking tasks and have a deep interest for most things
mechanically and DIY related, indeed colleagues and friends often ask me to
complete servicing items on their cars and undertake household jobs as they
know I am enthusiastic, adept and enjoy doing so.
• Currently restoring classic motorcycle, 1953 BSA Bantam.
• Enjoy DIY and undertake majority of home maintenance and improvement.
• I play badminton three times weekly so as to maintain fitness and agility
levels.
• Active member of the Alfa Romeo Owners and Vintage Motor Cycle clubs.
• Particularly keen on motoring matters and enjoy travelling throughout the UK
visiting various places of historic interest as a member of the National Trust.
