Recognizing: Georgeann Belanger
When the City came out and ordered the
office to remove their signs and all balloons
with logos. Georgeann came up with a plan to
take visibility to the max, and still not break
city ordinance. She used balloons without
logos and placed visibility items on cars and
on personal property near the office that was
not restricted by ordinances. She partnered
with property owners to accomplish this. She
also used the snow to her full advantage. As
you will see in the full page winner section.
Georgeann sees obstacles as opportunities
and turns them into success!!
