Interest
I come from a farming back ground and have always worked with animals this led me into a career in
butchery. I have experience with animals from birth to sale at market and vast experience with buying
stock at market. I love to cook at home and this interest in cooking has allowed me to create a rapport
with regular customers, I understand their needs better because I understand what kind of cuts they
need and would be suitable for their recipes.
I am very much an outdoor person who enjoys walking and sports.
