You will be assisting the Head Chef in food preparation and any other ad-hoctasks you may be asked to do.Your responsibilities will include:• Preparing fresh and readily prepared food in a busy kitchen environment.• Ensuring health and safety restrictions are met at all times within the workspace.• Ensuring that the best hygiene is maintained at all times.• Ensuring all dishes are prepared correctly and to the required specification.• Maintaining a clean and clutter-free kitchen.• Reporting any food hygiene contraventions immediately to the Head Chef.In this role, you will be working up to 40 hours per week, including weekends.Accommodation is also available for this position.To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience working within a cateringenvironment in a similar role.
