1. Lead /Principal Software Engineer or Engineering Manager
My client is building speech and language solutions which will enhance user interactions with consumer
products and services.

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the development and maintenance of key system features, on a variety of devices.
*Will work with, and lead other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype technology
and evaluate technical feasibility.
*Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
*Will establish architectural principles, select design patterns and mentor team members on their
appropriate application.
Basic Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience building successfulproduction software systems.
* B.S. (or higher) degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience building scalable infrastructure software with a distributed systems, with a service based
approach.
* Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.
* Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability,
performance and reliability.
* Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST based interfaces.
* Experience with modern programming languages (Java,JavaScript, C/C++, Objective C, Python) and
open-source technologies (Linux, SQLite, OpenGL, Spring, Hibernate).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability,
performance and reliability. A background in, or desire for project management a plus.
* Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST based interfaces.
* Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical cohorts.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software
quality. Strong SDLC skills.
* Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive. A tendency to ask, “Howcould we do this better?”.
* Knowledge in NLU is a plus.
