Remark:
I joined the vessel in La Havana where the vessel was under arrest due to ME repairs, cargo
claims and GL class issues(49 items).According to the owner‘s schedule,everything had to be
fixed in no more than one month. In reality the vsl stayed 1 year but finally all matters were
solved , the ship loaded in 2 Cuban ports, and headed to the Black Sea where it arrived
without any additional events.
