Our goals are less management time taken up by employee problems and improved morale. We offer expert support and direction for how and when to best involve EAP. Invest EAP clinical staff and Account Managers handle all such calls directly. All complex calls are referred to the Clinical Manager. Supervisors and managers benefit from reaching out to our Clinical Manager when they are faced with a staff member’s declining performance or personal issues that begin to interfere with work.
