2. I used Photoshop to edit my double page spread image. I removed the
background and smoothened the edges. I also increased the brightness and
contrast as well as removing some stray hairs.
3. I then decided to add a background and change the colour and contrast of it
to make it look more feminine. I placed the image on top to make it look like
the magazine was professional.
4. I then wrote out my article and added a variety of colours to it to emphasise
the pop genre’s vibrancy. I also added a by line and a pull quote to attract the
readers attention. Furthermore I added page numbers to stick to magazine
conventions.
5. I added a sub heading to let the readers get a glimpse of my article as well
as added a title to it to make it look quirky and lively, the heading used it a
quote therefore this helps the reader understand what the article is about and
empathise with the artist
