5. Software System
Bitforge Solutions was brought in to build a new data entry system,
and investigate mobile data capture. JFT FM was using a home
grown Microsoft Access based solution, due to significant growth it
was decided that the best way forward would be to build from the
ground up a web based system to manage all data operations.
The system allows us to create, edit and manage jobs in real-time,
and to receive job data from our engineers out on the field.
As the client you can not only add & find jobs directly from your
laptop, tablet or mobile, you can monitor your outstanding works,
view and accept quotes and attach notes, pictures, & documents
from anywhere.
