● A tracking pixel is typically provided by a 3rd party to track the views or conversions of your Career Page. The
tracking pixel is embedded within the Career Page and a cookie is dropped on the viewer’s machine whey
they view the Career Page

● This gives candidates an insider’s look into the leadership team so they see who they’d be working with.
○ Add a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 leaders.
○ Company leaders headline - 150 character
○ Company leaders subheadline - 150 character
Trending Employee Content :-
● Here you may add up to 3 hashtags to populate the gallery with content your employees are sharing on
LinkedIn.

6. Spotlight :-
● This give candidates a snapshot of what it’s like to work at your company.
● Highlight your culture, benefits, philanthropic work, team activities, and more
● Add a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 modules
○ Module Title - 150 Character limit
○ Module Description - 500 Character limit
○ Image Size - 502 x 282 px minimum required
○ Video - 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended
