This document summarizes a residence project in Nashik, Maharashtra designed by Vyanjan Kale Associates. The 3000 square foot bungalow has a ground floor plus two stories and features black granite at the entrance, living and dining areas with wood veneers, an Italian marble mandir, and bedrooms designed for different family members. Materials used include granite, wood, marble, and MDF with themes tailored to each room. The terrace has a small gazebo. 7. THE LIVING ROOM
• On entering the living space we see 3, 3-seater sofa and beautifully articulated TV
unit.
• Huge sofas were added, as clients brief was to accommodate his friends and family
when they all come together for functions.
• Sofas were purposely pitched in bright colours. Living room is a combination of
veneer, MDF sheet, wallpaper and morning glory colour on wall surfaces.
