were distributed to all the store
directors and district
management partners of
Brookshire Grocery Company

In Nov’14, an annual
maintenance process on
Afaria server of
recertification of iPads to
the Apple server failed
iPads at the retail
locations were
disconnected from the
SAP Afaria server and
Remote maintenance
functionality failed

Re-enroll the devices on the Afaria Server
Re-install distribution profiles
Re-install Apps and configure emails and other
credentials
