About Project:
XEROX benefits website is prepared for its employees to provide them an opportunity to enroll in their US Health
and Welfare benefits through the web. Most of the stuff which the end users see on the web is driven by the complex
eligibility logic. Some of the action which end user can take on the web are as follows:
• Making elections during window period of Annual Enrollment or Qualified Life events.
• Report a life event.
• Add and Remove Dependents and Beneficiaries.
• Add and Update personal information.
BA7 is a tool used by Customer Support Representative. Users can call Customer Support Representative and select
all the eligible Health and Welfare benefits and update personal information also.
My Role
• Test Cases: Writing Test Cases for various modules of the H&W system (BA7 System), based on the Business
Requirement Document and performing testing to check the functionality of the application developed. Actively
helped to test the participant on Web.
• Test Management: Log the defects in the QC and track the progress till it gets resolved.
• Web Based Testing: Have undertaken web based testing which includes Functionality and Usability testing
(checking the links, forms, validation in forms and navigation).
• Regression Testing: Creating regression scenarios and performing regression testing whenever there are updates
to the application.
• Test Data Identification/ SQL: Proficient in writing SQL Queries for test data identification and modification
and perform Database testing on PL-SQL.
• Process Review/ Peer Review: Review each and every process to deliver Quality work.
• Reporting: Create Defect and test run report for owned module on project in QC.
• Worked with team members to review the solution and develop approaches, cases and data.
