I was in a unique situation, involving two accidents within a few days of
each other, a large medical bill, and an un-cooperative adjuster. I was in a
situation where after everything, I would be left with a large medical bill,
and no compensation for loss of wages or the financial and emotional

I consulted and hired Attorney Gail Barsky….. for a car accident case.
Once the process started, her knowledge, trustworthiness and detail

If you ever find yourself in a situation when a lawyer is required ask for Gail
Barsky…… you are getting one of the best attorneys in town…….. I was
stopped at a red-light and rear-ended…..

My case was handled poorly by another lawyer, and I had already had a
challenging time due to my accident.
As soon as my case was in Ms. Barsky hands, progress was
immediately apparent in ways it was not before, and I was kept
updated on all of it.
I cannot tell you the relief I felt having her as my attorney after what
was happening beforehand.
I highly recommend Ms. Barsky and can vouch for the effectiveness and
diversity of her skills, as my case was presented to her secondhand, and
with military service and other complications as part of it. Anyone would

Like many of the reviews I read on here, I also was lucky to have Gail
Barsky on my case.
The other insurance company was offering such a low ball amount, but
Gail, along with Tamara McCord, worked so hard to get me so much more.
She would even still be in the office at 8 or 9 at night and would call
me to keep me updated on what was going on.
I would defiantly come to them again if anything else were to happen and
would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a devoted
lawyer to working your case and getting you much more than is being
offered.
