"I started the search for my first home in June of 2009.
I chose Coldwell Banker because I had heard good
things about their agents, that they had some expertise
in the FHA loan I would be applying for, and they had an
office nearby. However, I didn't have a referral for any
agent in particular, so when I called I was assigned at
random to Adrian Huntington. It turns out that was the
best thing that could have happened. Within minutes of
me calling the Coldwell Banker office, Adrian called me
back to talk about my goals and needs and gets started
on the house hunt. Since I was a first-time home buyer,
he took the extra time to explain the home-buying
process and discuss the different options that were

looking at, how to figure out my price range and budget
for the new mortgage and expenses, and what kinds of
loans would be available to me. He was always available
by phone or e-mail to answer any of my many
questions, and over the course of eight months he met
with me to view almost fifty homes until we found the
right one for me. He was also extremely patient with me
as I learned the ropes, and never complained about the
twenty or so offers we put down that never got
accepted. He worked so hard to find me just the right
home, and always had my best interests in mind. He
was honest with me about my limits and helped keep
me positive when certain homes turned out to be out of
my reach. He never pushed me to choose one home
over another, and always told me exactly what I would
be getting into should I choose to offer on this or that
property. I never felt like he was just working to get his
commission; rather, it was like having a good friend
there to guide me and make sure I made the best
decision possible to my greatest benefit. In the end, I
purchased a wonderful home at a great price for my
budget, and four months later Adrian is still checking in
with me to make sure everything is going well and to
see if I need any help with the new home! Adrian has
gone above and beyond to help me with my first home,
and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking
for a real estate agent. He is thoughtful, dedicated and
honest, and he truly cares about his clients and treats
