Factor Pre Rating Post Rating Comments
Temperature
The temperatures overall were more normal and consistent – fewer spikes in
temperature than in the pre refurb results.
Pressure
The ratings for pressure were normal throughout the pre and post refurb results.
Humidity
Most readings in pre and post refurb results reported normal humidity levels for
occupants. The humidity levels appeared to be a bit more consistent in the post refurb
results.
VOCs
VOCs appeared generally lower and the levels more consistent across the sensors in
the post refurb results. There were not the overall higher levels and spikes found in
the pre refurb numbers.
Lighting
Previous lux levels were high, often reaching 2000 or more lux. The post refurb results
are better and uniform across the building. There may be the possibility of lowering
lighting levels if the numbers are the consequence of good daylight..
Noise
The ratings from the sensors pre and post refurb showed normal noise levels for an
office across the building.
