Ecclesiastes, ‘How can I find meaning in life?’; Pastor Paul John speaks
on ‘Is it OK just to eat, drink and be .. ?’ (Ecclesiastes 2:17-26).
Sunday Club and Youth Group meet.
4:00 pm: Abi Kerr leads the All-Age Service at The Mission, East
Challow. Ian Reynolds speaks on ‘The parables of Jesus - Life Changing
Stories: The parable of the Great Banquet’ (Luke 14:15-24).
If you have any electrical equipment that is used for GFEC
activities, it is required to be PAT tested and labelled.

Link to Hope Shoeboxes - there are shoebox leaflets on the
table at the back of the Church, and copies of the new edition
of ‘Newslink’, the annual magazine of Link to Hope. John and
Margaret Willemsen have empty shoeboxes, if anyone should
need one. The Cream Tea at the home of Gerald and Erika,
raised over £200 for the Shoebox Appeal, praise the Lord!
Many thanks to Erika especially for all her hard work.
Thank you for your Harvest offerings to Tearfund and
to the Wantage and Grove Foodbank. This expression of
God’s love will be greatly appreciated by the recipients.
