13. Hacktoberfest is a month-long celebration of open-source projects,
their maintainers, and the entire community of contributors.
Introduction to Hacktoberfest
To participate in Hacktoberfest you can register anytime between
September 26 and October 31.
By participants in Hacktoberfest you can get started with your open
source journey and get a chance to showcase your unique skill set.
The primary goal is to foster collaboration, learning, and
community engagement within the open source ecosystem.

and programming languages.
Contribute in a project in which maintainer is active so that you
can get your doubts resolved.
Use Hacktoberfest label to search for projects which are under
Hacktoberfest

Secondly once you find a project that interests you. Look for a
