3. We had a lot to celebrate, inform and share:
- The constant growth in terms of green building;
- Increased demand in the residential segment;
- Significant developments in neighborhoods;
- Self-sufficient buildings;
- The interiorization of our movement;
- Incentive policies;
- Innovations;
And concurrent with our influence, our responsibility grows. Green buildings improve comfort, health,
and well-being in built environments. They directly or indirectly contribute to appreciating human
relations of conviviality, learning, creation, entertainment, or service in these projected spaces.
Another issue has been the so-called ESG industry (creating, operating, and investing in better
companies). In terms of the real estate market, green building is the way to develop and manage assets
in terms of environmental and social aspects. And both movements move towards a process of
professional training, where gradually, ideals related to our human nature are being built.
