6. Daily Life
Wifes was in charge of raising the children, spinning, weaving
and sewing the family´s clothes. She supervised the daily running
of the household. In a rich house plentiful numbers of female
slaves were available to cook, clean, and carry water from the
fountain ,but in the poorer homes was the wife expected to carry
out all these duties by herself.
7. Then vs Now
Today Females have more choices in what
they they can do
● There main job isn’t bearing children now
● Females and male are = to each other
● Females can get an education

● Cleaning product commercials today features more
women the men.They show that a woman's role is to be
in the house and clean and not a man.
