utilization of assessment strategies
Downloaded video lessons to
serve as supplementary material
for my learner's better
understanding of the topics in the
modules. Especially for the parent
who is busy at work and is not
given the right time to teach their
child, this lesson will greatly help
my student
Video lessons from Deped Tambayan/youtube
and other Deped groups are supplementary
material for the student's better understanding
of the topics in the modules. I downloaded it to
be sent to our group chat so that the children
can follow and enjoy what they are watching. I
also used two-way radio to interact with my
student in teaching-learning process.

I participated in training and webinars to develop and improve my skills as a
teacher and use it in the new normal for the benefits of my students.

In doing the LDM Practicum I was confused at first but I realized that
it is easier when you understand what you are doing but through
reading and reading all over again the course, I soon realized that it is
not hard. Most especially if you have documented all the required
artifacts. A lot has happened this year full of challenges but it’s nice
to feel that when you greet through call the students they can answer
your questions in the lesson you gave and every time I talk to them
they want to go to school and they are eager to see you, but because
of the pandemic we have no choice but to follow the protocols.

consistency and how to be persistent in every beginning you made or
you had. This course gave me tons of learnings when it comes to
addressing the difficulties of my students and giving solutions to
problems of this school year..
Based on my reflection I can see and say that I learned a lot from this course.

Checking and recorded learners’ scores in
assessment and performance tasks as a
basis for their grades. And to those who
were not able to attend we are conducting
open communication for them. I also had
home visitation for the students who are
not active in messenger and in any means
of communication. And with all of these
methods I can easily monitor my students’
progress
