The Eterna block forms are 85% post-consumer expanded
polystyrene (eps), a thermal resistant highly insulating material.
Using this material reduces the amount of waste sent to
landfills and the amount of energy used to heat and cool
structures. The standard form is 10” X 15” X 90” and all forms
have a hollow core every 15” on center for the placement of
steel and concrete, per engineering requirements. Wall
finishes may be applied directly, reducing time and the amount
of materials needed for wall construction.
The Fox Blocks forms consist of two 2 5/8” EPS panels that
are held together by strong plastic ties. The most common
panel is 48" in length. These panels are industrial strength,
reversible, and interlock which aids in ease and accuracy of
construction. Rebar is placed in-between the two panels (every 16” on center. and concrete is poured into the panel
blocks. Several EPS sizes and shapes are available, as well as a variety of optional products to increase building
performance and aid in construction.
