ohn Adams (Former Presi-
dentof USA)hadsaid-“There
are two ways to conquer and
enslave a country: One is by
the sword; the other is by
debt.” China, choosing the
second path, has embraced
colonial-era practices and
rapidly emerged as the
world’s biggest official credi-
tor. In the last decade, China
has badly trapped the poor
and developing countries of
the world. By choosing the
second path, China has adopt-
ed the practices of the colo-
nial era and in the last decade
has badly trapped in its debt-
trap by giving huge loans to
the poor and developing
countries of the world.
China’s debt-trap policy
has affected India’s neigh-
bouring countries the most.
Stuck in the vicious cycle of
Chinese debt, the economies
of Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Ne-
pal and Maldives have
reached the brink of destruc-
tion. Sri Lanka and Pakistan
are going through the worst
economic and food crisis
ever. In Sri Lanka last year,
the people had uprooted the
government by adopting the
internal rebellion. The coun-
try is still on the verge of
bankruptcy
.
According to a recent state-
ment by Finance Minister Ali
Sabri in the Parliament the
usable FOREX are just $50
million. Similarly Pakistan’s
FOREX are also only $ 4.5 bil-
lion, which can pay only three
weeks of import bills. China
has flatly refused to re-struc-
ture its loans to provide fur-
ther financial assistance to
these countries facing severe
economic and food crisis. In
such unprecedented crisis In-
dia has written a new chapter
of deepening relations by
support and huge financial
assistance to Nepal, Sri Lan-
ka and Maldives.
Significantly, in the past
years with the help of its con-
spiratorial economic poli-
cies, China has been success-
ful in creating an unexpect-
edly anti-India aura in neigh-
bouring countries. Nepal,
which is considered to be an
integral friend of India but in
the KP Oli regime the base-
less issue of border dispute
raised and the long –term
‘ROTI-BETI’ relationship
were badly affected. The then
President of Sri Lanka, Gota-
baya Rajapaksa, preferred
China by forgetting India and
pushed the country into se-
vere economic- food crisis.
Similarly, former President
of Maldives, Abdulla Ya-
meen, openly opposed and
launched the ‘INDIA OUT
CAMPAIGN’. But the current
scenario has changed the at-
titude of the people and rul-
ers of these neighbouring
countries. China has left
these countries in the lurch
in the midst of a difficult pe-
riod of severe crisis.
In such a situation, India
has given financial assis-
tance and support to these
countries by moving on its
unique ‘SUPPORTIVE DI-
PLOMACY’. External Affairs
Minister, S Jaishankar re-
cently introduced India’s
‘NEIGHBOURHOOD FIRST
POLICY’ to both the coun-
tries on his Maldives and Sri
Lanka visit. During Sri Lan-
ka visit by announced $ 2.4
billion help and make a re-
newable energy hub in Trin-
comalee. Along with this a
proposal to provide oil credit
of 500 million dollars. India
provided more than $4 billion
in aid by way of loans, grants,
loans and extension of old
debt last year.
Similarly with Maldives,
India recently signed bilater-
al agreements in the Science-
Technology as well as hous-
ingprojectsandassuredmore
investment in the Greater
Male project. Such initiative
of India, an unprecedented
confidence and relationship
has been built. Maldives has
madeaannouncementof sup-
porting India for a non-per-
manent seat in the United Na-
tions Security Council in
2027. Similarly Sri Lanka has
recently announced to imple-
ment the 1987 Indo-Lanka
agreement (The Constitution-
al Amendment 13A) soon. Un-
doubtedly this is a huge diplo-
matic success of India.
To counter India’s growing
influence in neighboring
countries, China has also
given financial assurance to
Sri Lanka not only to contin-
ue the $2.9 billion bailout
package given by the IMF and
started sending high level
delegations to provide eco-
nomic assistance. So influ-
ence can be restored. Notably
that the general elections are
also to be held in these coun-
tries this year, in such a situ-
ation, India tried its best that
major political parties and
people in favour, those who
had started speaking Chinese
language under the influence
of China in the past. It is the
result of India’s cooperative-
diplomacy that there has
been such a big change in
China’s attitude and has tak-
en steps for financial assis-
tance, keeping a soft attitude
towards the debtor countries,
otherwise in the critical
phase of the crisis last year,
Sri Lanka had to pay $ 6.8 mil-
lion under the pressure of the
Chinese government in lieu
of the cancelled deal of the
Chinese firm Qingdao Shirin
Biotech. While, India had
helped Sri Lanka in a big way
during that crisis. Anyway,
India’s Supportive - Diploma-
cy has been of double benefit
to these neighbouring coun-
tries. On the other hand,
these countries bound in the
Chinese love-loop, even under
compulsion, have made a
radical change in their atti-
tude towards India, which
will write a new chapter in
the changing geo-political
scenario.
It should be hoped that Pa-
kistan, which is on the verge
of bankruptcy after taking
lessons from neighboring
countries, will soon under-
stand the reality of China
and abandoning its policy of
violence and terror towards
India.

the new education poli-
cy will give a new direc-
tion to the society
.
He said the policy
will let the students
move towards modern
development while be-
ing connected to the life
values of our culture.
Addressing the 10th
convocation ceremony
held at Maharishi Day-
anandSaraswatiUniver-
sity in Ajmer, Mishra
said that under the new
education policy
, work
should be done to place
Indian universities in
the global rankings so
thatitdevelopsthemind-
set of giving rather than
seeking employment.
He said that in the
new education policy,
emphasis has been laid
on the establishment of
universities related to
research and teaching
so that students can be
inspired to innovate and
explore new subjects.

Jaipur: The bureaucra-
cy is abuzz with the
‘commitment and hard
work’ of two senior IAS
officers — 1995 batch
IAS Ashwani Bhagat
and 2009 batch IAS
Karan Singh. Both of
them are handling im-
portant assignments.
Ashwani Bhagat is
serving as Chairman of
RAT since April 2022
and surprisingly, in the
last ten months, he has
convened court merely
twice. Apparently, he
does not want to con-
ducted hearings and
give lengthy mono-
logues as decision and it
is said that he doesn’t
come to his office regu-
larly
. The word of RAT
is being conducted
through the four mem-
bers and advocates
claim that such abysmal
situation has been seen
for the first time.
Actually, in his twen-
ty eight year long ser-
vice, he has never held a
post of major responsi-
bility
. When he became
Secretary, he was given
departments like High-
er and Technical Educa-
tion, Sanskrit, Animal
Husbandry
,Ayurved.He
was removed from
HCM-RIPA within five
months. When he was
Secretary of Adminis-
trative Reforms (AR), he
was given a ‘verbal
bashing’ by Chief Secre-
tary Usha Sharma since
he was not available on
his seat. This incident
became a hot topic of
discussion in the Secre-
tariat. Thereafter, he
was transferred from
AR in April 2022 and
was sent out of the Sec-
retariat to RAT. But
there too, he has not
been able to give any
performance and such
is the situation that
guesses are already be-
ing made regarding his
next postings.
Other IAS — Karan
Singh — was given the
responsibility of MD,
RSMM in October 2022
by DoP. However, at
first, he did not even
join the post in Udaipur
for thirty four days. Lat-
er, when on December 6
he joined, since then he
hasn’t taken much in-
terest in the work and
such is the situation
that he does not even go
to Udaipur, rather pre-
fers to sit in Jaipur
where RSMM has a
guest house and a
branch office is run
from here. However,
even then, he does not
clear the files. Highly
placed sources reveal
that since he does not
take major or important
decisions, hence the
work has come to a halt.
Actually, Karan Sin-
gh is the first promotee
IAS of the state who
has ascended to the
post of MD of RSMM,
which in itself is one of
the most important po-
sition that gives im-
mense profit to state
govt. Singh’s service
record has not been too
good as he has been
transferred thirty five
times in as many years.
Additionally, he has
been put on APO eight
times and terminated
for three years! So when
DoP handed him the
reins of RSMM, ques-
tions were raised on the
development.
It is said that now
KaranSinghhasrequest-
ed the DoP that he does
notwanttogotoUdaipur
and that he should be
transferred. Meanwhile,
even the minister wants
a new MD. As such 5 MD
of RSMM have been
changed in the current
government.
Why do two ‘seniors’ have a hard time working hard on their ‘assignments’?

I
t’s hard to
keep track of
the many evo-
lutions fash-
ion under-
goes, especial-
ly when it
comes to the fashion
trends of teenagers.
One fashion trend,
however, seems to out-
last all the others. This
trend is the custom-
ized t-shirt. These
fashion trends are
hugely popular among
adolescents at school
and among Hollywood
celebrities, and since
teens frequently look
to these celebrities for
fashion inspiration,
these shirts are truly
keeping a firm hold on
the young fashion
world. The popularity
of personalised tee
shirts among young
people can be attribut-
ed to a variety of fac-
tors. One is that each
teenager’s inner crea-
tive spirit is awakened
by these personalised
tees. Teenagers may
choose every as-
pect of their
shirt, in-
cl u d i n g
the col-
our, pattern, style, text
or picture that will be
put on it, and more. As
a result, people are
free to use their imagi-
nation to design a shirt
that reflects their atti-
tude, sense of style,
and individuality. An-
other factor that draws
the younger genera-
tion to this specific de-
sign trend is the diver-
sity that bespoke t-
shirts provide. They
represent individual
personalities and are
trendy, distinctive,
fashionable and styl-
ish. The youngsters
can dress nicely with-
out going over their al-
lowance limit because
they are also shock-
ingly economical.
When it comes to pre-
serving a trendy, re-
fined attitude, graphic
t-shirts are the finest
choice. Graphic shirts
are without a doubt
the greatest and
most well-liked
clothes across
all age
groups.

YOUR
DAY
Horoscope by

our home. It’s
the place, it’s
feeling, which
you love more
than you love
your breath.
Every individ-
ual who seeks libera-
tion through various
channels for discover-
ing their self-worth
needs to answer these
two questions time and
again to themselves,
“Why do we want to
achieve what we want
to achieve and How
badly do we want to
achieve it”. The drive-
way of an example has
both, success and fail-
ure, ups and downs,
focus and distractions
but a well-defined why
and a how of an indi-
vidual helps them
achieve what they
want to achieve.
Why do business
houses, corporates,
and relationships of
various kinds of col-
lapse? What is the rea-
son that they face fail-
ure? The answer is all
those relations which
collapse are dealt with
in a finite frame of
mind in a play field of
an infinite game. Being
exemplary and re-
maining successful is
all about getting in an
infinite mindset where
an individual, relation-
ship or business for
reference does not lose
the very purpose and
the resources to re-
main in that position.
For instance, the
Americans withdrew
from the Vietnamese
war even after being
much more powerful.
What made them with-
draw was that they
were playing to win,
and the Vietnamese
were in the war to save
their lives. Finally, the
Americans had to
withdraw.
Our only competi-
tors for being exem-
plary and playing this
infinite game called
Life are ourselves. We
just need to keep evolv-
ing day after day and
make our systems at
business, our relation-
ships in personal life,
and our resources bet-
ter than yesterday
, con-
sistently. We must un-
derstand that the
mindset of an exem-
plary clearly describes
that the goal is not to
win BUT TO OUT-
LAST.
So, to become an
iconic example we
need to learn to change
the way we lead so that
we can lead the game
called life which we are
gifted to play
, daily
. The
following are the
set of
princi-
p l e s
which
builds
success
and helps
us remain
s u c c e s s f u l
consistently
.
Purpose: The
intersection
where we un-
derstand what
we are great at
and the role in
the world we play is
described as our
purpose, OUR WHY. It
comes with a clear
understanding of
why we do what we
do. This kind of ethos
which gets us wrapped
in our aspirations is
what builds a purpose
in our lives. It all
starts with a well
thought strategy. An
authentic why gives
the strength and
builds a culture
in our organi-
sation to add
value to the
lives of our
colleagues,
stakehold-
ers and
custom-
ers. Or-
ganisa-
tions and
relation-
ships be-
come out-
lasting with a
well embedded
Why
.
Visualisation: The
one who can visualise,
can make it happen.
The greatest and high-
est possible vision for
ourselves is possible to
be created when we
learn how to visualise
it because we become
what we believe. Neta ji
SubhashChandraBose
believed in and visual-
ised an Independent
India. With his visuali-
sation, the Azad Hind
Fauj was founded and
fromthisvisualisation,
a dream of a free India
was born, which be-
came a purpose for
every Indian.
Resilience and Perse-
verance: It’s the firm
belief that failure is
not permanent. The
significant protector
of success which
builds the pathway of
an outlasting exempla-
ry is not about social
intelligence, good
looks, good product,
good technology, sop’s
but it is more about the
synchronisation of
our purpose with the
art of refusal to lose,
commonly known as
perseverance. Good
companies struggle for
making good products
and win over their
competitors. Great
companies strive to en-
hance their great prod-
ucts with daily small
steps of excellence.
Their vision of perse-
verance and resilience
to become better than
themselves every day
is what makes them
outlast.
Viktor Frankl in his
book “Man’s search for
meaning” said, “Eve-
rything can be taken
from a man but one
thing. The last of hu-
man freedoms - to
choose one’s attitude
in any given circum-
stances”.
Success in achieving
what we want gets us
to an altitude where we
become happy and con-
fident. Whereas on the
other side failure in
achieving a target sets
us to lose momentum.
But the fact is, life is
not only about achiev-
ing the desired success
or failing to achieve
the same, it’s more
about how much time
we take for coming
back to normal after
tasting that sweet suc-
cess or a devastating
failure. The one who
can control the emo-
tion of success and
failure with the same
ease is said to be The
Karma-yogi, The Ex-
emplary!

  • 4. ohn Adams (Former Presi- dentof USA)hadsaid-“There are two ways to conquer and enslave a country: One is by the sword; the other is by debt.” China, choosing the second path, has embraced colonial-era practices and rapidly emerged as the world’s biggest official credi- tor. In the last decade, China has badly trapped the poor and developing countries of the world. By choosing the second path, China has adopt- ed the practices of the colo- nial era and in the last decade has badly trapped in its debt- trap by giving huge loans to the poor and developing countries of the world. China’s debt-trap policy has affected India’s neigh- bouring countries the most. Stuck in the vicious cycle of Chinese debt, the economies of Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Ne- pal and Maldives have reached the brink of destruc- tion. Sri Lanka and Pakistan are going through the worst economic and food crisis ever. In Sri Lanka last year, the people had uprooted the government by adopting the internal rebellion. The coun- try is still on the verge of bankruptcy . According to a recent state- ment by Finance Minister Ali Sabri in the Parliament the usable FOREX are just $50 million. Similarly Pakistan’s FOREX are also only $ 4.5 bil- lion, which can pay only three weeks of import bills. China has flatly refused to re-struc- ture its loans to provide fur- ther financial assistance to these countries facing severe economic and food crisis. In such unprecedented crisis In- dia has written a new chapter of deepening relations by support and huge financial assistance to Nepal, Sri Lan- ka and Maldives. Significantly, in the past years with the help of its con- spiratorial economic poli- cies, China has been success- ful in creating an unexpect- edly anti-India aura in neigh- bouring countries. Nepal, which is considered to be an integral friend of India but in the KP Oli regime the base- less issue of border dispute raised and the long –term ‘ROTI-BETI’ relationship were badly affected. The then President of Sri Lanka, Gota- baya Rajapaksa, preferred China by forgetting India and pushed the country into se- vere economic- food crisis. Similarly, former President of Maldives, Abdulla Ya- meen, openly opposed and launched the ‘INDIA OUT CAMPAIGN’. But the current scenario has changed the at- titude of the people and rul- ers of these neighbouring countries. China has left these countries in the lurch in the midst of a difficult pe- riod of severe crisis. In such a situation, India has given financial assis- tance and support to these countries by moving on its unique ‘SUPPORTIVE DI- PLOMACY’. External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar re- cently introduced India’s ‘NEIGHBOURHOOD FIRST POLICY’ to both the coun- tries on his Maldives and Sri Lanka visit. During Sri Lan- ka visit by announced $ 2.4 billion help and make a re- newable energy hub in Trin- comalee. Along with this a proposal to provide oil credit of 500 million dollars. India provided more than $4 billion in aid by way of loans, grants, loans and extension of old debt last year. Similarly with Maldives, India recently signed bilater- al agreements in the Science- Technology as well as hous- ingprojectsandassuredmore investment in the Greater Male project. Such initiative of India, an unprecedented confidence and relationship has been built. Maldives has madeaannouncementof sup- porting India for a non-per- manent seat in the United Na- tions Security Council in 2027. Similarly Sri Lanka has recently announced to imple- ment the 1987 Indo-Lanka agreement (The Constitution- al Amendment 13A) soon. Un- doubtedly this is a huge diplo- matic success of India. To counter India’s growing influence in neighboring countries, China has also given financial assurance to Sri Lanka not only to contin- ue the $2.9 billion bailout package given by the IMF and started sending high level delegations to provide eco- nomic assistance. So influ- ence can be restored. Notably that the general elections are also to be held in these coun- tries this year, in such a situ- ation, India tried its best that major political parties and people in favour, those who had started speaking Chinese language under the influence of China in the past. It is the result of India’s cooperative- diplomacy that there has been such a big change in China’s attitude and has tak- en steps for financial assis- tance, keeping a soft attitude towards the debtor countries, otherwise in the critical phase of the crisis last year, Sri Lanka had to pay $ 6.8 mil- lion under the pressure of the Chinese government in lieu of the cancelled deal of the Chinese firm Qingdao Shirin Biotech. While, India had helped Sri Lanka in a big way during that crisis. Anyway, India’s Supportive - Diploma- cy has been of double benefit to these neighbouring coun- tries. On the other hand, these countries bound in the Chinese love-loop, even under compulsion, have made a radical change in their atti- tude towards India, which will write a new chapter in the changing geo-political scenario. It should be hoped that Pa- kistan, which is on the verge of bankruptcy after taking lessons from neighboring countries, will soon under- stand the reality of China and abandoning its policy of violence and terror towards India. TOP TWEETS W n the world’s big- gest single multi- national deal for 470 aircraft, Air India has not only made history but has also helped the United States face its huge unemployment prob- lem. President Joe Biden ad- mitted this in as many words, Air India’s “purchase of 200 planes through a historic agreement” with Boeing “will support over one mil- lion American jobs across 44 states”. The purchase of Air- bus aircraft from France is expected to silence the West which was critical of India’s dependence on Russian sup- plies. The massive deal for planes manufactured by two giant business rivals Boeing and Airbus was reached with the blessings of Prime Minis- ter Narendra Modi who was deservedly thanked by Presi- dent Emmanuel Macron of France and Joe Biden of the US. With Airbus A350s being powered by the British-made Rolls Royce engines, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is no less happy. The Boeing 777s and 787s will be equipped with engines from GE Aero- space of the US. For the Tata Group, the owners of Air India, the ac- quisition of the new aircraft will make them proud own- ers of the biggest fleet in the country where the civil avia- tion sector is expanding rap- idly. It is also expected to re- vive the fortunes of an air- line which reported a net loss of Rs 9556.5 crore on a reve- nue of Rs 19,815.9 crore as on March 31, 2022. The net loss in 2021 was 7,017.4 crore. The aircraft purchase has made Air India the biggest airline in terms of numbers and will decidedly help it to augment its fleets on international and domestic routes. A WIN-WIN DEAL TAKES WINGS Air India has not only made history but has also helped the United States solve its huge unemployment problem. JPC/004/2022-24 Rajendra Chhabra Jaipur: The bureaucra- cy is abuzz with the ‘commitment and hard work’ of two senior IAS officers — 1995 batch IAS Ashwani Bhagat and 2009 batch IAS Karan Singh. Both of them are handling im- portant assignments. Ashwani Bhagat is serving as Chairman of RAT since April 2022 and surprisingly, in the last ten months, he has convened court merely twice. Apparently, he does not want to con- ducted hearings and give lengthy mono- logues as decision and it is said that he doesn’t come to his office regu- larly . The word of RAT is being conducted through the four mem- bers and advocates claim that such abysmal situation has been seen for the first time. Actually, in his twen- ty eight year long ser- vice, he has never held a post of major responsi- bility . When he became Secretary, he was given departments like High- er and Technical Educa- tion, Sanskrit, Animal Husbandry ,Ayurved. He was removed from HCM-RIPA within five months. When he was Secretary of Adminis- trative Reforms (AR), he was given a ‘verbal bashing’ by Chief Secre- tary Usha Sharma since he was not available on his seat. This incident became a hot topic of discussion in the Secre- tariat. Thereafter, he was transferred from AR in April 2022 and was sent out of the Sec- retariat to RAT. But there too, he has not been able to give any performance and such is the situation that guesses are already be- ing made regarding his next postings. Other IAS — Karan Singh — was given the responsibility of MD, RSMM in October 2022 by DoP. However, at first, he did not even join the post in Udaipur for thirty four days. Lat- er, when on December 6 he joined, since then he hasn’t taken much in- terest in the work and such is the situation that he does not even go to Udaipur, rather pre- fers to sit in Jaipur where RSMM has a guest house and a branch office is run from here. However, even then, he does not clear the files. Highly placed sources reveal that since he does not take major or important decisions, hence the work has come to a halt. Actually, Karan Sin- gh is the first promotee IAS of the state who has ascended to the post of MD of RSMM, which in itself is one of the most important po- sition that gives im- mense profit to state govt. Singh’s service record has not been too good as he has been transferred thirty five times in as many years. Additionally, he has been put on APO eight times and terminated for three years! So when DoP handed him the reins of RSMM, ques- tions were raised on the development. It is said that now KaranSinghhasrequest- ed the DoP that he does notwanttogotoUdaipur and that he should be transferred. Meanwhile, even the minister wants a new MD. As such 5 MD of RSMM have been changed in the current government. Why do two ‘seniors’ have a hard time working hard on their ‘assignments’? COMMITMENT ISSUES? One fashion trend, however, seems to out- last all the others. This trend is the custom- ized t-shirt. These fashion trends are hugely popular among adolescents at school and among Hollywood celebrities, and since teens frequently look to these celebrities for fashion inspiration, these shirts are truly keeping a firm hold on the young fashion world. The popularity of personalised tee shirts among young people can be attribut- ed to a variety of fac- tors. One is that each teenager’s inner crea- tive spirit is awakened by these personalised tees. Teenagers may choose every as- pect of their shirt, in- cl u d i n g the col- our, pattern, style, text or picture that will be put on it, and more. As a result, people are free to use their imagi- nation to design a shirt that reflects their atti- tude, sense of style, and individuality. An- other factor that draws the younger genera- tion to this specific de- sign trend is the diver- sity that bespoke t- shirts provide. They represent individual personalities and are trendy, distinctive, fashionable and styl- ish. The youngsters can dress nicely with- out going over their al- lowance limit because they are also shock- ingly economical. YOUR DAY Horoscope by Saurabbh Sachdeva our home. It’s the place, it’s feeling, which you love more than you love your breath. Every individ- ual who seeks libera- tion through various channels for discover- ing their self-worth needs to answer these two questions time and again to themselves, “Why do we want to achieve what we want to achieve and How badly do we want to achieve it”. The drive- way of an example has both, success and fail- ure, ups and downs, focus and distractions but a well-defined why and a how of an indi- vidual helps them achieve what they want to achieve. Why do business houses, corporates, and relationships of various kinds of col- lapse? What is the rea- son that they face fail- ure? The answer is all those relations which collapse are dealt with in a finite frame of mind in a play field of an infinite game. Being exemplary and re- maining successful is all about getting in an infinite mindset where an individual, relation- ship or business for reference does not lose the very purpose and the resources to re- main in that position. For instance, the Americans withdrew from the Vietnamese war even after being much more powerful. What made them with- draw was that they were playing to win, and the Vietnamese were in the war to save their lives. Finally, the Americans had to withdraw. Our only competi- tors for being exem- plary and playing this infinite game called Life are ourselves. We just need to keep evolv- ing day after day and make our systems at business, our relation- ships in personal life, and our resources bet- ter than yesterday , con- sistently. We must un- derstand that the mindset of an exem- plary clearly describes that the goal is not to win BUT TO OUT- LAST. So, to become an iconic example we need to learn to change the way we lead so that we can lead the game called life which we are gifted to play , daily . The following are the set of princi- p l e s which builds success and helps us remain s u c c e s s f u l consistently . Purpose: The intersection where we un- derstand what we are great at and the role in the world we play is described as our purpose, OUR WHY. It comes with a clear understanding of why we do what we do. This kind of ethos which gets us wrapped in our aspirations is what builds a purpose in our lives. It all starts with a well thought strategy. An authentic why gives the strength and builds a culture in our organi- sation to add value to the lives of our colleagues, stakehold- ers and custom- ers. Or- ganisa- tions and relation- ships be- come out- lasting with a well embedded Why . Visualisation: The one who can visualise, can make it happen. The greatest and high- est possible vision for ourselves is possible to be created when we learn how to visualise it because we become what we believe. Neta ji SubhashChandraBose believed in and visual- ised an Independent India. With his visuali- sation, the Azad Hind Fauj was founded and fromthisvisualisation, a dream of a free India was born, which be- came a purpose for every Indian. Resilience and Perse- verance: It’s the firm belief that failure is not permanent. The significant protector of success which builds the pathway of an outlasting exempla- ry is not about social intelligence, good looks, good product, good technology, sop’s but it is more about the synchronisation of our purpose with the art of refusal to lose, commonly known as perseverance. Good companies struggle for making good products and win over their competitors. Great companies strive to en- hance their great prod- ucts with daily small steps of excellence. Their vision of perse- verance and resilience to become better than themselves every day is what makes them outlast. Viktor Frankl in his book “Man’s search for meaning” said, “Eve- rything can be taken from a man but one thing. The last of hu- man freedoms - to choose one’s attitude in any given circum- stances”. Success in achieving what we want gets us to an altitude where we become happy and con- fident. Whereas on the other side failure in achieving a target sets us to lose momentum. But the fact is, life is not only about achiev- ing the desired success or failing to achieve the same, it’s more about how much time we take for coming back to normal after tasting that sweet suc- cess or a devastating failure. The one who can control the emo- tion of success and failure with the same ease is said to be The Karma-yogi, The Ex- emplary!
