2. Design and Implementation year end party 2015 for DIMA’s employee.
Design and maintain ‘DIMA Go To Market (G2M)’ program on facebook. DIMA G2M is
an activity to engage all employee to love our product, and give attention for market
conditions by conducting simple survey (take a picture and upload on closed group
facebook) whenever hangout in weekdays or weekend.
Continuously socialization DIMA seven values, by deliver mandatory session on new
employee orientation, messaging on every DIMA’s event, making easier to remember by
creating attractive motion for each values, deliver visually by creating a lanyard pin.
3. Creating & maintain DIMA’s Values Time (VT), as a forum for employee to shared
information, motivation, introduction, announcement, and also to get closed each
other, by celebrate all employee’s birthday at the end of the month.
Sahabat DIMA, actively searching, developing a motivational articles (aligned with DIMA
seven values) and published online (by email) to all employees.
