 Vastned invests in selected cities in Europe and in Istanbul, with a
clear focus on the best retail property in popular shopping streets
‘premium city high street shops’
 Vastned's tenants are strong and leading international and national
retail brands
 The property portfolio has a size of approx. € 1.7 billion with
currently € 1.1 billion invested in premium city high street shops
 The organisation consists of 50 people spread over 5 offices

stable and predictable results
