ABSTRACT
Enviromental pollution is the consequence of human being by doing their
bad activities itself in enviroment. This paper provide the insight view about
the affect of environmental pollution in the perceptive of air, water, noise,
soil and radioactive pollution. It is not necessary to protect just as human,
but also to protect all the living things (trees and animals) on the earth.The
sources which we have discussed are the part of stopping the pollution in the
environment.Man-made and natural sources are the main two sources which
can effect the environment very badly.similarly, we have focused on
protection and their control of pollution that can solve the environmental
pollution in our surrounding.The most likely in the last view is the
prevention of pollution in environment which is the core mission of every
country weither Pakistan or rest of the country in the world.However, the
essence of environmental pollution is the heavy population that cannot be
sustained by the earth.Therefore, no technical measure, but also politics can
solve the problem thoroughly.

INTRODUCTION
Pollution is one of the main problem and hazard facing today. Every
individual is becoming aware about the crisis of pollution in Pakistan.
Government is applying the good way to stop the problem according to their
rule and regulation, and protecting the environment more neat and clean.
As according to the survey, the survey has showed that the global
environment has gone through very awful and more challenging. This shows
the population has rapidly increased.
Pollution- is when harmful substance containment the Environment refers as
Pollution. Undesirable changes in physical and biological operation in air,
land and water. It may be harmful and quite awful for human body, which
can profound effect on the human internal and physical system.
Human being caused by the effect of pollution around them. It can be
affected through their nose, which they can breathe, water which ordinary
use to drink and food they eat.
Technology has developed and made the things possible to eliminate the
cause of pollution by different ways. Plant is the main source to root out the
pollution.
But oppositely, water we drink, food we eat and land we live have been
polluted. As whole every individual can be affected and living organism is in
danger. Surviving life could be profound effect by the environmental
pollution.

MEANING OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
An ecosystem, Allah has created for human and elements for their need. An
ecosystem is living both living thing (human and animal) and no-living. As a
result they can interact with each other and exchanging material by its own
means.
The life of living thing in an ecosystem depends upon environment which
can be provided different sort of energy in the form sunlight or food which
contains energy to be survived. Environmental pollution produced by the
human itself. Environmental pollution is produced when irresponsible and
wanting activities take place in the environment. As a result, environmental
pollution is also taken place.
The main problems which causes pollution is the increase production of
waste material and products by the unlawful laws in the industries,
increasing of urbanization and the toxic gas which is come out from
different sort of vehicles. As a result, environmental pollution take place in
the surround.
Last non least, any change in environment which contributes to its worse is
called pollution, and the element which causes the pollution is called the
pollutant.
TYPES OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
There are many types of pollution according to their environmental
behaviors in our surrounding. But mainly, there are five main types of
pollution. The types are follows:
 Water pollution
 Air pollution

 Soil pollution
 Noise pollution
 Radioactive pollution.
Water pollution:
Most important factor in our environmental is water which everyone
depends upon water to be fulfilling their needs. Mainly 60% living things
are living in water. Thus water pollution is the big problem in recent era.
It can be attributed to many factors which has profound impact on it.
Industries which they used toxic and chemical dumped water which cause
the sea and ocean more imbalance in the water properties. Water pollution is
also a major cause of disease caused to the non-aquatic species. Different
kind of species living in the water, but the filthy water has immensely
caused their life and it might going to be endanger species then.
Other than this, not only affect the species, but also effect the reproduction
of foods and vegetables. The filthy water dissolves with neat and clean water
such as sewage as a result it cause many diseases and harm effect on foods
and vegetables we eat.
Air pollution
Air pollution is also a big problem in the world. Fresh air is most important
for living things. Living thing depends on fresh and clean air. This is
unstoppable in world.
Almost air pollution is caused in urbanization. There are many reasons to it.
Firstly, there is excessive fuel combustion almost out from the vehicles
engine which affect air in an ecosystem. Secondly, smoke releases so2 gas
which toxic the air. It mainly present in the chimneys, factory stack, vehicles
and woods for burning.
According to survey, approximately 200,000 people were suffered by
respiratory problem because of air pollution.
So air pollution is just made by the unlawful laws, rule and regulation by
human being itself. Firstly, it can be stopped or eliminate by applying
technology in every sector of life. Secondly, Grow more plants as much as

possible. It is responsibility of every human to protect the environment more
neat and clean, and make sense about environment. Social media should play
an important role by spreading the slogan, “Grow more plants save more
people lives”.
Soil pollution
Soil pollution is also effected by the environmental. Soil is the core source
for every living thing. It is the contamination of soil with solid waste acid
rain access of fertilizer, insecticides and herbicides is called soil pollution
(for land pollution). It is caused land degradation.
However, let we consider our country Pakistan. Pakistan economic depends
upon agriculture. Thus we give high priority to development of agriculture.
Then the question is arising that how we control land for agriculture? Most
factors that affect the soil pollution in our environment which is depicted in
the following chart:

From the above chart, 40 % pesticides and herbicides are taken place in the
soil erosion .10 % nitrates,lead and mercury are devastating the land and
20 % petroleum hydrocarbon is devastate the soil to spoil while most
importantly, 50 % which is bigger than the rest factors is spoil by Human
irresponsibility.
It shows that human irresponsibility broken down the land position. They cut
the tree for the human purpose, but literally they infected the soil erosion.
Deforestation is widely increased by many years. When deforestation is

taken place in the country, the pollution should be started. When pollution is
start, the land pollution is start, then air pollution and at last, water pollution
is also taken place which becomes the chain. As a result, both human and
animal should be affected by environmental pollution.
Noise pollution
We hear various types of sound every day. Sound is mechanical energy from
a vibrating source. Types of sound may be pleasant to someone and at the
same time unpleasant to others. The unpleasant and unwanted sound is
called noise.
Sound can propagate through a medium like air. Sound wave is a pressure
perturbation in the medium through which sound travels. Sound travel can
cause the noise problem which is expressed in Hertz (Hz) and is equal to the
number of cycles per second.
There is a wide range of sound pressure, which encounter human ear,
increase in sound pressure does not invoke linear response of human ear.
Noise pollution is one of the environmental problem, through which human
make more tension, and its brain doesn’t work properly.it cause various
brain diseases.
Radioactive pollution
The elements such as uranium, thorium etc. having unstable
nuclei emit radiation such as alpha, beta and gamma in nature to
acquire stability. These elements are called radioactive elements.
Radioactive pollution, like any other kind of pollution, is the
release of something unwanted into the environment and in this
case, the unwanted thing is radioactive material.
Causes of Radioactive pollution
There are many causes of radioactive pollution. The most obvious
sources which cause pollution are follows:
 Production of nuclear weapons
 Coal ash

 Medical waste
 Nuclear power plants.
It is one of the most dangerous pollution in environment because it causes
the internal body of human. All the causes which mentioned foregoing are
profound impact on anatomy system of human being and spread dangerous
diseases in environment as well.
SOURCES OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
There are two main resources of environmental pollution:
 Natural sources
 Man-made resources.
Natural resources
Those resources which is occurred naturally in the environment
 Volcanic eruption releases gas
 Forests fire produce smoke
 Dust storm increase the windblown dust into the
environment
 Bacteria, spores, cysts and pollen are all natural pollutants.
Man-made resources
Mad-made source cover a wide spectrum of types as man has
aggravated the problem of pollution by his innumerable activities
like:
 Domestic sources
 Industries
 Agriculture activities
 Thermal power station
 Invention of automobiles
 Over population
 Deforestation: the destruction of natural habitat
 Construction of building

 Uses of fertilizers and pesticides.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ITS CONTROL
Increasing of population and pollution patent ecological forces
impinging upon man by affecting the quality of the environment.
All efforts aimed at bringing more and more people above the
poverty line actually increase the pressure on natural resources.
According to the NCEPC, the frame work for environment
protection aims at:
 Control of environment pollution
 Conservation of natural resources
 Land management
 Environmental education
 Environmental laws
Environmental control can be settled the rule and regulation by
the government. Every country should apply rule and awareness
through media can be helpful for every country to be its country
more neat and clean. If country quite neat and clean, the economic
system can also be raised to the top level at every position. Every
foreigner wants to visit their country and see the look of a country.
PREVENTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
Pollution prevention is any practice that reduces, eliminates or
prevents pollution as its source. Decision is most important. It
starts the selection and purchase of preferable types and
quantities of material.
The most common prevention of environmental pollution is
follows:
 All waste generated at production sites
 Reuse of input materials during production and reduced
water consumption

 Change products and production processes to reduce
pollution at the source.
CONCLUSION
Environmental pollution is the core problem of every sluggish
activity. Pollution- is when harmful substance containment the
Environment refers as Pollution.Pollution is mainly found in water, air,soil
and radioactive. Many activities for example, like industries, agriculture,
health etc found pollution.Many industries activites like textile, steel,
suger ,food cause air pollution, water pollution and soil pollution.transport
has been the most common reason of air pollution in most cities in
Pakistan.carbon monoxide and sulpher diaoxide releases from vehicles
which polluted the environment in the form of air pollution.Various types of
pollution causes different diseases in human body which effect the life of
every individual life. Soil pollution by various solid and liquids has created
imbalances in soil.Control of pollution has been formidable challenge to
human civilization.As the population grow, the pollution is also growing, the
control of pollution is more challenging.
