Sitting at the junction of three major tectonic plates – the Arabian,
Eurasian and Indian has given Iran some of the most spectacular
mountain ranges in the Middle East. Our office is always ready to help

Mount Damavand (5671m)
4 Day Trek/Climb – Damavand is Irans highest mountain located only
70 km to the north east of Tehran. The peak is the highest point in the
Middle East and highest potentially active volcano in all of Asia with
fumaroles near the summit crater emitting sulphur.
Mount Alam-Kuh (4850m)
5 Day Trek/Climb – Alam-Kuh is in the Alborz mountain range located
between Tehran and the Caspian Sea, forming a peak of the Takht-e
Suleiman Massif. Approaches from the north side are wet and lush with
vegetation and make for the best trek.
Mount Sabalan (4811m)
6 Day Trek/Climb – Sabalan is an inactive stratovolcano in Ardabil
province of northwestern Iran. It is the third highest mountain in Iran
with a permanent crater lake formed at its summit.
Sar Chal & Alam Chal Glaciers (4360m)
6 Day Trek/Climb – The largest glaciers in Iran exist in the western
part of the Alborz mountain range in the region of the Tehkt-e Soleiman
massif. Most of them are found on steep, northward facing slopes of
these peaks and ridges.

Located 50km north of Tehran, is equipped with a double chair lift and
two beginner lifts. Good for experienced and intermediate skiers.
Shemshak Resort (Alt 3051m & Vertical drop 800m)
Located about 110km from Tehran the second largest resort prides itself
on tempting the most experienced skiers to challenge its moguls and
very steep slopes. It is equipped with 2 double chair lifts and 4 ski lifts
and 2 hotels and also has a night slope for skiing until midnight.
Dizin Resort (Alt 3601m & Vertical drop 950m)
Located 120km from Tehran and next to Shemshak this is Iran’s largest
resort open both winter and summer. Surrounded by the glorious Alborz
Mountains this resort is equipped with 12 chair lifts and 2 hotels.
