1 • 1- Illiteracy
• Fact Alert: Pakistan holds 138th position in terms of
literacy rate out of 167 countries –
• The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan says:
‘The State of Pakistan shall reduce illiteracy and provide
compulsory education to all the children free of cost.’ If we
see the major social issues in Pakistan, the 2021 report of
Human Development says that only 59% of Pakistan’s
population is designated as literate. This is a sad state of
affairs for a country almost 75 years old.
• Reasons:
• The reasons for illiteracy, one of the foremost major social
problems, could be many; some of them are as follows:
• No awareness regarding the importance's of education in
the farfetched areas of Pakistan i.e., Baluchistan, KPK,
Rural Sindh, Southern Punjab, and Fata.
• Different medium of instruction and syllabi in public and
private education sectors.
• Unaffordable education
• Non-professional teacher with a minimal amount of
training.
• Lack of technical institutes
• Gender discrimination.
• Low Education budget

2.In a country where political parties have been ruling
on slogans like ‘roti, kapra aur makan’, poverty is one
of the common social problems.
Poverty is the state of being deficient in basic needs of
everyday life, e.g. Food, Clothes, Shelter, Education
etc. It includes social, political and economic elements.
It is apt to say that poverty really is the mother of all
evils.
Out of every 1000 babies born, 67 die before they get
to see their 5th birthday.
Pakistan’s economy fluctuates daily, and the progress
of the nation is way too slow. Its 24.3% population
lives below the poverty line, according to a report by
the Asian Development Bank.
This situation is alarming, and the government needs
to speed up working on sustainable development
goals

In Pakistan, one usually has to undergo many
limitations; societal, familial, social and
psychological. A list of social issues in Pakistan
that it has been facing since its inception in 1947
are as follows:
● Illiteracy
● Poverty
● Unemployment
● Overpopulation
● Child Labor
● Poor Health Infrastructure

3. There are three types of people live in this
world.
Low class
High class
Medium Class

4. Backward Agriculture sector.
In agriculture system peoples have adopted
just subsistence farming styles. They are not
farming according to the commercial patterns.
Sometimes due to naturals calamities and use
of backward techniques of production, there is
reductions in productions and decreases the
income farmers. Home and agriculture destroy.

5. Healthy Body
Body shaming is the action or inaction of
subjecting someone to humiliation and criticism
for their bodily features. The scope of body
shaming is wide, and can include, although is
not limited to fat-shaming, shaming for thinness,
small breasts, height-shaming, shaming of
hairiness (or lack thereof), of hair-color, body-
shape one's muscularity (or lack thereof),
shaming of penis size or breast size, shaming of
looks (facial features), and in its broadest sense
may even include shaming of tattoos and
piercings or diseases that leave a physical mark
such as psoriasis.

6. Study Load
Study load (Equivalent Full Time Student Load) is a
measurement of how much a subject is worth in a normal
full-time (120 credit point) year. To calculate a study load
(EFTSL) for a single subject, divide the number of credit
points for the subject by 120.

7. Singer
Singing is the act of creating musical sounds with the voice.
· Singing can be formal or informal, arranged, or
improvised. It may be done as a form of religious .

8. POOR PEOPLES HARDWORKER
• Child labor refers to the exploitation of children through any
form of work that deprives children of their childhood, interferes
with their ability to attend regular school, and is mentally,
physically, socially and morally harmful.

9. Cheater
When we fail to excel with integrity, it may be called
cheating, academic misconduct, academic dishonesty,
or an academic integrity violate.

10. Dirty Environment
A dirty environment, that may have high levels
of. airborne dust, can also have high levels of humidity,
steam, heat and other vapour discharges which. combine
to make the environment particularly. difficult when
applying any form of smoke detection.

11. Concerts
A concert is a live music performance in front of an audience. The performance may
be by a single musician, sometimes then called a recital, or by a musical ensemble,
such as an orchestra, choir, or band.

13. Hacking
• Hacking is the act of identifying and then
exploiting weaknesses in a computer system or
network, usually to gain unauthorized access to
personal or organizational data. Hacking is not
always a malicious activity, but the term has
mostly negative connotations due to its
association with cybercrime.

14. Education less
• As we look upon the working of the present government then
there is no doubt about it that just because of this government
the current social issues in Pakistan have risen to its highest
limit. This is probably the sad situation of Pakistan because
there is no other country in the whole world that has been
trapped in such an increased number of the problems.
