Are you desperate to get your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend back? Do you miss him or her so much
that you don't know how you'll function without him or her? If so, don't worry - you're not alone.
Millions of people around the world go through relationship problems and break-ups all the time.
And many of them end up getting their ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend back.

So take heart: no matter how unlikely it may seem at this point, it is possible for you to win back
your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend - provided that you're willing follow some basic rules.

Rule One - Give Your Ex Girlfriend or Ex Boyfriend Space

After a break-up has occurred, most people on the "receiving end" of the news think that the best
way to resolve the situation - and get back together - is to talk. So they turn to their telephones,
their email accounts, and their text messaging services and begin to try to contact their exes. Over
and over again. Some people even get it in their heads that they should simply show up and
"surprise" their ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend, because they think that if he or she can just see in
their eyes how much they still love them, then everything will be fine.

Do not - I repeat, do not - do any of this.

Your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend ended your relationship for a reason - and part of ending a
relationship means putting an end to communication, at least for the time being.

As hard as it might be to do, you've got to accept this and give your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend
time to process things on their own. This also gives them time to think about you - and to miss
you. And they will. Maybe not so much at first, but, given time, they'll start to miss little things
about you. And little things can lead to big things. if you play your cards right.

But if you take away the opportunity to miss you, rest assured, they will simply become more
certain that their decision to end your relationship was the right thing to do.

Rule #2 - Spend some time working on you

In the same way that you're giving your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend time to process things on their
own, you need to use the time after the break-up (also known as the "pre-reconciliation" period) to
process what happened, why it happened, and what you can and will do about the things that went
wrong.
It's also extremely important that, as part of the "time to work on you" process, you remember who
you and your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend were - and how you were together - when you first fell in
love.

You need to get back in touch with that person and start rebuilding yourself from there.

Rule #3 - Stay positive

No matter how bleak the situation may appear to be, remember that there is always hope (but only
if you do not break rule #1). Broken relationships - like broken bones - heal all the time. But it can
take time - maybe weeks, maybe months, maybe longer.

Just know that you need to allow your broken relationship the time it needs to heal by staying
positive throughout the "waiting period" - no matter how difficult and frustrating it may be (and it
will be difficult and frustrating).

A positive frame of mind will keep your spirits high, which is a definite asset during tough times,
but also when that eagerly-anticipated day comes and your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend is finally
ready to talk again.

With these three rules in mind, you're off to a good start. You've got a "fighting" chance at getting
your ex girlfriend or ex boyfriend to the point where at least they start to want to talk about things.

But that, of course, is only part of the "battle." If you really want to get your ex back - in the
shortest and surest way - make sure you read on to the next page, where you'll learn about many
of the do's and don'ts of getting your ex back.

And you'll also be able to read about a system for getting back together with an ex that is simple,
effective, and has been used successfully by thousands of people from all over the world.
