that is stretch to a peripheral aluminum rail.

Here are the advantages:
– No structure required, only perimeter rail (No False ceiling studs)
– Light weight (180grms/m2)
– Waterproof (100%)
– Self extinguishing (rated B-S1-d0)
– Fungus proof (Bacteria free)
– Easily cleaned (using Windex and a cloth)
– Environmental friendly (100% recyclable)
– Acoustic properties (with perforation tailored to the required NRC)
– Time saver (installation is substantially faster than gyps)
– Clean (no painting required)
– Easily changeable decoration (replaceable sheets to suit mood)
A few disadvantages:
– Only indoor use
– Tears with sharp edge
– Limited to 50m2 (with certain constraints as single sheet)
