1. Support & Development
ROLE
The Support & Development acts as the first point of contact for the users, to log incidents and
requests of all types related to the Core System. His main task is to bring sustainable solutions to the
identified problems. He is in charge of the good daily working of the Core System. If needed, he will
require the support of the Core System Supplier in order to fix the identified problems.
The Support & Development reports directly to the Business Solutions Supervisor and works closely
with the Business Architects.
FUNCTION
• Filter the incoming tickets registered by the business
• Solve the tickets or assign it to the most competent colleague
• Test the delivered solution before each validation by the business
• Document all new topics in the appropriate tool (wiki)
• Perform all required morning checks insuring the good working of the production environment of
the Core System
• Is in charge of the Core System
PROFILE
You have a Bachelor or a Master in ICT or a first professional experience is an asset;
You are fluent in French and English (good knowledge in Dutch is an asset);
Good knowledge in SQL, Java and Network;
You have excellent communication skills;
You are problem solver & have strong analytical skills;
You are client & results oriented;
You are a team player & stress resistant.
