It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Fabian Hernandez. I
have known Fabian since he started working for The Medicus Firm (then Medicus
Partners) in January 2009. We have never been on the same team but I have worked
closely with him as he was responsible for sourcing/passing qualified candidates to my
region.
Over the past six years, I have seen Fabian steadily grow into a leadership role in which
he had at least two direct reports in our Resource Department. He is sharp, accountable
and has a good understanding of the physician recruitment business, especially on the
candidate side. His ability to effectively screen physician candidates and get them to the
right place is evidenced by his 14 “Top Gun” awards, given monthly to the employee
who assists on the most placements, as well as his two “Resource Coordinator of the
Year” awards.
Fabian has made an extremely positive impact in our office and we are all disappointed to
see him go. I know he will be an asset wherever he lands and I recommend him without
