Introduction
In traditional Chinese Zodiac, 12 years is a cycle, a new start.
Along with12 years of fast development, Euchips is embracing its

expand, starting with its second modern factory in Suzhou.
This new factory covers an area of 69.5 acres, will be
mainly for LED driver production on large scales.
The Shanghai factory will continue to function for
lighting controllers, system accessories and etc.

Auto Screen Printer: Solder Paste printed to
PCB automatically.
3. Chip Mounter
PCB printed with Solder Paste loaded to SMT
production line automatically, all the
components will be plugged into appropriate
locations on the PCB by Mounter Machine.
5. IPQC (In Process Quality Control)
Soldering Points and Chip Mounter inspection
1. Universal Auto Insert Machine: Components
automatically inserted to PCB, accurate and
efficient.
6.DIP Wave Soldering
Once plug-in procedure completed, Wave
Soldering procedure will be followed. After
soldering, QC will inspect surface of
components and soldering side.

soldering and test equipment， automatic production，to maintain consistency in production；we strictly control
the quality inspection from raw material to finished product.

DALI is a special protocol for lighting control. DALI system can be made up of control gear, control devices and bus power
supplies. DALI organization counts almost 120 international member companies in the luminaire and lamp industries. Euchips is
a member of Dali protocol.
One of the benefits of DALI is the flexibility in the way that devices may be addressed. DALI is tailor made for modern lighting
solutions. Each lumi naire is individually addressable; a large number of groups and scenes can be pre-selected to enable the
lighting installation to be quickly adapted to suit a wide range of applications. When controlling the light sources based on

A leading Leading edge dimmer usually uses thyristor as a switching device, so it is also known as Triac dimmer. It starts
working from a 0-phase AC voltage, waiting for the trigger to be turned on. Then the AC voltage will be delivered to the
load. Changing sine wave by adjusting the conduction angle of each AC half-wave, thereby changing the effective value
of the alternating current, in order to achieve the purpose of dimming.
Leading edge dimmer has low costs and is compatible with existing lines, no need of rewiring. So it dominates the market.
Most manufacturers also use this type dimmer.
Trailing edge dimmer turns on immediately after a half-wave of the AC voltage begins, when the half-wave voltage
reaches the set conduction angle, device shuts down immediately. Similar to Leading edge dimmer, Trailing edge dimmer
achieves the purpose of dimming by adjusting the conduction angle. Trailing edge phase cut dimmer usually uses MOSFET
as a switching device but not thyristor, because device won’t shut down immediately but have to wait until the half-wave
voltage pass through zero.
Trailing edge phase control dimmer is composed with the trailing edge phase controller, an active switch, zero-crossing
detection circuit and overload protection circuit. It can dim incandescent lamps and adapt the electronic transformer
load very well. It works very stably and can be widely used. Compared to Leading edge phase cut dimmer, Trailing edge
can theoretically better match with LED sources because there is no minimum current requirement.

Series
DMX512 (Digital Multiplex) is a standard protocol for digital communication networks that are commonly used to control the stage lights
and effects. It was originally invented by USITT.
Compared with traditional analog dimming system, digital lighting system, which is based on DMX512 control protocol, can offer powerful
control functions for large and medium-sized indoor and outdoor LED lighting system. After revision and improvement, DMX512-A standard
supports bidirectional transmission. It can return an error diagnostic report of the lamps and other information. What’s more, it can be
compatible with all lighting equipments meeting DMX512 standards.
A network consists of one DMX512 controller – which is the master of the network — and one or more slave devices. For the master
controllers, we also offer software to program. They support both stand alone and PC.

Thanks for using EUPB0110. This product is mainly used to amplify the power when the load capacity of TRIAC knob or dimming device isn’t enough. For example, a
brand dimmer C output 4 channel leading edge or trailing edge, and the maximum current is 1A/ch.If load current of one channel is larger than 1A, you need to
increase the purchase of C or greater power product to meet the requirements, this will increase the cost a lot, you can choose the combination of C+ EUPB0110 to
amplify the power, which can significantly reduce the cost and facilitate clients to stock up.

The EUB01 is a flexible network communications bridge designed for RS-485 networks. The two optoisolated RS-485 ports enable the EUB01 to implement
a trunk and spur topology on large project sites. The EUB01 can not only extend the communication distance, make the bus network flexible and
convenient, but also can isolate the dry electrical fault network.
Due to the extension of transmission distance, or the increase the number of serial device, it makes the serial signal continuous attenuation，this will
lead to bus signal instability or even can not be used, EUB01 network bridge can enhance and amplify the existing bus signal, increase the number of
serial port equipment in bus network.
EUB01 serial data using half duplex bidirectional transmission, the transmission distance is 1200 meters.
