things moderately because too much or too small can produce negative results.
If things still do not go your way, comfort yourself by thinking that you did
something about the problem or situation. You can also leave everything to
God and just pray all goes well in the end. Meditation and yoga will also help
you cope with stress. You can also listen to soothing music, have a relaxing
aromatherapy massage, or express your feelings through writing because this
can serve as a good outlet. You can also have weekly workout sessions in the
gym or go jogging or walking because exercise can lessen stress and
anxiousness.
If you are really worried about your problems that cause so much stress to you,
you can go to a medical expert and ask for remedies and medication. It is most
likely that if you are suffering from panic attacks and anxiety disorders,
medications will be prescribed. Stress should not be overlooked nor
disregarded. It should be accepted and dealt with. Life is too short to be spent
on worrying. You should enjoy it to the fullest and take simple pleasure from it.
